~ Tofukery Surprise! ~

The dogs sick, has been for about a week or so now, Mischka, my older brother, took him to the vet the other day and we found out that he has cancer tumors, and isn’t doing well. He hasn’t eaten in days, lost almost all his weight, and has zero energy. He’s Mischka’s dog, and so they have the closest bond, and though mom gets annoyed with him all the time, I know she loves him to. Tyler and I have always been off-handed with the mutt, when we first got him a long time ago, he attacked us, Tyler never forgave him for that, me, well it just always seemed like Mischka like that blasted dog even more than his little brothers.

Happy Thanks Giving people! God I hate holiday music! I was up at work all last night listening to it. Perhaps that’s what was pissing me off.

Mom cooked a lot of food most of the day and had it all done and ready by around 3:30; we expected our sister and Chris (Her husband) to show up near 4:00. An hour later (5:00) they arrived with half cooked food, and plenty of laughs, witch at the time is just what we needed. If you ever wondered what vegetarians eat on Thanks Giving, it’s called a Tofukery and well… it looks like a giant, plump, short, weeiner with all the stuffing popped inside like a jelly doughnut. They also brought Yams, though Mischka insisted that they were sweet potatoes, looked like butterscotch pudding to me, but like hell if I was gonna try it. All through dinner Chris made a joke, every time something stupid was said “there’s that gas leak again” Funny, but got kinda old after the third or fourth time. In the end of the night we all just sat on the coach, watched TV., while eating mint M&Ms. At least that’s a far as I know of, cause I’m still tired from work so I think ill go to bed now.

~ Small And Dark ~

Why does everything go to the smallest, darkest places to die? My older brother’s dog just died in the bathroom, nothing feels right when death is involved, everything goes quite, and time freezes with that last breath. My brothers running all over the house crying because he doesn’t know what to do with the corpse, my moms amazed at how stiff a bag of bones can be, and I really don’t feel like moving from this computer screen.
Call me cold if you want, but if I go in there I know I’ll have to stare death in the face… and even at nineteen, I’m just not ready for that. I did the same thing when my grandfather and cousin died a few years ago, I knew that if I went back to Alabama for the funerals, that I would have broken down. I couldn’t handle my parent’s divorce, so I know I’m not ready for this. It’s not that I don’t know how to deal with death, and that I just don’t, it’s just having no religious beliefs forces you to imagine what happens after words.
The only believable end of life that I can think of is a “Game Over” “Lights Out” “The End” “There Is No Light At The End Of The Tunnel, ‘Cause There Is No Tunnel” “No Continues, Resets, or Do-Overs” Scenario, I guess that’s a rather bleak way of looking at it. Damn I feel empty.

Farwell Copper, you were loyal even though ill taken care of, for some reason you loved this family, I hope whatever happens after death ain’t all that bad, for your sake at least.

An Icy Easy Night In Hell

Ok, to those who don’t know, I work a graveyard shift job over at the local Provillions, crappy job, crappy hours (10pm-9am) Subject to change, and crappy pay. But at least tonight’s load was very light, and I got thought all my work fast… so the boss thought it would be fun to throw me over at the freezers, facing them took and hour and a half cause my hands kept getting stiff. So all in all it was a rather icy, but easy night in hell, hopefully it stays like this for a while, cause just before Thanks Giving I almost lost it. My boss was gonna have me stay longer, but I told him about the dog and he said I could leave when I was done with my work.
O yah, apparently some hot blonde, was banging on the doors about an hour before I took off, when my boss let her in thinking that someone was chasing her or something, he found out that she was only some creaked up nut job and he called the police to get her out of there.

He warned me to never do drugs and all that junk when I headed out… like I need that shit, I’m naturally crazy.
